Attend 2 x fitness group classes like Journey PUMP! Metafit, boxing, bootcamps and kettlebells - choose from any of our Park or Gym Classes throughout the week! We have so much variety and starting times to allow everyone a chance to attend.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you'll get regular progress check-ins with your coaches, including InBody scans to watch your body stats transform. You'll also receive nutritional guidance and messages of support beyond your time inside the gym.

The challenge runs over 12 weeks, from Monday 10th January 2022 to 10th of April 2022 — you can come in and have a look around before you choose too, just book a spot at the bottom of this page.
We have on the hour sessions available from 6am to 12pm, 2pm to 8pm every weekday. On Saturdays, you can choose from 7am to 12pm and then from 1pm to 4pm. You can come to whichever 2 sessions suit you best each week. There will never be more than 6 people in your session and you’ll have your own training pod with everything you and your coach need to give you a fantastic session.
No, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we’ll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the next 3 months.

We have our very own app for booking all your sessions and classes. We will show you everything you need to know during your visit when you book in below and book your spot.
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged Journey member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide we aren’t right for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
We’ve got socially distanced training areas including sanitisation stations and rigorous cleaning protocols in place – you can be rest assured that you’re training in a safe environment.

First payment of £129 must be made in full before beginning this program. Client agrees to a further 2 x payments of £129 to be collected – these will be automatically charged to your payment card, exactly 1 calendar month and 2 calendar months after initial payment.
Offer is for 2x Small Group PT’s per week and 2 x fitness classes during regular operating times.
12 Weeks to TRANSF4M runs from 10/01/2022 — 10/04/2022. All participants effectively start their challenge 10/01/2022 – no extensions to the end of the promotion will be provided for late signups.
All clients must have completed a PAR-Q before they can start their first group PT session with The Journey.
